The party, which benefits the charity Guatemala SANA for needy Guatemalans, took place on a sprawling ranch in suburban Houston and promised 'Texas Bar-B-Q, fajitas and amusements.' Kat sent in pictures from the party: 'Miley's boyfriend Justin Gaston was there and they went on the ferris wheel together. She performed at least 20 songs and talked with the fans and signed 2 autographs while on stage.'
